It depends on who is platform, you have your current Website. For example, if you have a closed platform, like Shopify, Wix then usually your website is locked to those platform. In that case, we cannot help you to transfer your existing Website. But if you have used open platform like Woocommerce, Magento or Opencart, then we can transfer.
Do you provide support after launch?

Absolutely. You can scale anytime without any upfront cost!
Shall I get any notification if my storage gets full?

Yes, We always notify our customer before the storage gets full. We will send information in details that what are the next suitable packages available.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes, of course. You can cancel your subscription any time you want. We don't have any binding time. If you cancel the subscription, it will be applied immediately, and you just need to pay for rest of the days of that month.
My subscription payment is a prepaid or postpaid?

Your subscription payment is always prepaid. It means for example, if you want to use your subscription in the month of February. Then you need to pay for that month before 31st of January.

Usually different packages have different support. For example, business pro packages has lifetime free maintenance and updates. So we recommend, please read the package carefully before you purchase.
What is the uptime record of the e-commerce sites?

We have almost 99.95% up time record. During the time of maintenance, if the site might go down for a while , but in that caser we always inform our clients in advance so they can also prepare. But most of the time we never do any maintenance work during the business hours. It is always at midnight after 3 PM and we try to finish it as soon as possible.
How do I make the payment?

Usually, most of the packages you can purchase from our website as a initial option. But we will contact you as soon as possible to get more information as well as to get the details about your company and others. We prefer to send invoice. So after making the purchase confirmation we will always send Invoice every month.
Is there any initial set up cost?

Yes, we have a very small amount of 2000৳ to set up your website and hosting and connect your e-commerce with your domain. It is on time cost and it will be added with your first invoice.
